On.Health/Clinical Engineering is the fully Web Based application module integrated with the ERP platform On.Health for the complete management of Clinical Engineering Service in Public and Private Healthcare. The Web Application allows the user to manage the register of biomedical instrumentation and the corresponding Maintenance and Warranty contracts. It enables Ā a traceability of the calls for maintenance and automatically manages the Equipment Maintenance Plan and the periodic quality and safety inspections also ensuring the production of reports for monitoring and traceability of any intervention. The system responds to the requirements dictated by the Action Plan of the National Network of e-Government, adopting the technology of SOAP/Web Services/Protocols HL7 as standard for the applicative cooperation.

MANAGEMENT OF CALLS AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Among the many features of the software, thanks to On.Health/Clinical Engineering it is possible to manage intervention requests from wards, emergencies, planning, monitoring and control of maintenance interventions (Preventive, Corrective, Ordinary and Extraordinary) on equipment as well as the planning of interventions for certification.
WEB-BASED APPLICATIONS
The software ensures compatibility with the main Internet browser and does not require any application to be installed on the Client. Moreover, it is possible to access remotely from any workstation connected to the network.
DATA BASE MANAGEMENT
The system is highly customizable and can be configured to provide the autonomy of the services for the maintenance of the basic archives (e.g. CIVAB, CND, Inventory, Suppliers, CdC, Electrical Classes, Status Test, IEC standards, etc.).
MANAGEMENT DATA BASE AND BIOMEDICAL INSTRUMENTS AND TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
The software allows the user to manage a whole series of databases related to equipment (e.g. Company inventory, technical dossier, tools decommissioned, trials, penalties, etc.) and to technical equipment with a dynamic management of the characteristics of each classification.
Vaccinations

On.Health/Vaccinations is the application module fully Web Based integrated on the ERP platform On.Health able to manage both vaccinations for active proposal (mandatory and recommended) and at the request of the patient, at the expense of the NHS or paid, allowing remote access and recordingĀ  of the individual events also to MMG, PLS and ER personnel.

The Web Application allows the user to manage the Vaccination Register of every patient, program the activity of the various vaccine clinics, manage invitations, reminders and the medical history, execute operational printing and statistics of vaccine coverage in addition to manage the vaccines warehouse.

The system responds to the requirements dictated by the Action Plan of the National Network of e-Government, adopting the technology of SOAP/Web Services/Protocols HL7 as standard for the application cooperation and is IHE certified.

Features

MANAGEMENT VACCINATION REGISTER
Thanks to On.Health/vaccinations it is possible to manage the entire Vaccination Register and the medical history for every patient by customizing the vaccine calendar up to the printing of the vaccination certificate and the International Vaccination book. Furthermore it allows the recovery of the vaccination history for new patients or the transfer between vaccination sites.
WEB-BASED APPLICATION
With On.Health/VACCINATIONS the software compatibility with the main Internet browser is guaranteed and does not require any application to be installed on the Client. Moreover, it is possible to access remotely from any workstation connected to the network by the various MMG, PLS and ER - first aid centres.
DATA BASE MANAGEMENT
The system is highly customizable and can be configured to provide the autonomy of the services for the maintenance of the basic archives (Vaccines, Calendars, risk groups, adverse reactions, sites, Clinics, medical history and questionnaires, etc.).
MEDICAL REPORT
This functionality allows the management of the Multimedia Medical Record for the management of the visits and health evaluations and for disease (e.g. Celiacs, Down, etc.), with the possibility to acquire files/images associated to patient.
CONVOCATIONS MANAGEMENT
Several features of the application allow the automatic planning of the invitations and of the vaccination campaigns (customized for each vaccine site), the management of overbooking as well as the automatic calculation of the latecomers and/or defaulters for mandatory vaccinations with automatic reminders or manual management of convocations and invitations for single or groups of patients (variation of the date of convening/vaccination site/appointment).
COMPUTERISED VACCINE WAREHOUSE
The management of the drugs central warehouse and/or at each vaccination site (Pharmaceutical Refrigerator) and the relevant transfers between the various sites, is currently managed through manual loading/unloading of the vaccine or through optical pen.
Counselling

On.Health/Counselling is the Web Based application module integrated with the ERP platform On.Health for the complete management of the Counselling activities of Public and Private Healthcare.

The Web Application allows the user to manage in a simple and intuitive way planning and booking activities, patient admittance, delivery and medical reporting of any service (single, profile or cycle of therapy) which can be supplied by the Counselling of the National Healthcare System, also ensuring the integration to the ESF and to the Corporate and Regional Information Systems.

The system responds to the requirements dictated by the Action Plan of the National Network of e-Government, adopting the technology of SOAP/Web Services/Protocols HL7 as standard for the application cooperation and is IHE certified.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF THE PATHS
The definition of the individual sessions for delivery unit is flexible and very detailed (days and times of validity, per time or per number of services, occurrence in the month and holidays/pre-holiday closing by location, sex and age of the patient). It is also possible to manage paths for type of user (Single, Couple, Family or Group). The monitoring functionality of the filling of the agendas allows closing and massive shifting of appointments through user configurable criteria, with automatic management of traceability of the activity (utility events LOG).

In addition, for each discipline managed the booking of services can be done on different price lists (es.: NHS, Professional Service, ISEE, etc.).
ADMITTANCE MANAGEMENT
The management of direct admittance or walk-ins is managed together with the registration of extra services and access to the archive of visits and appointments of the patient. Thanks to the software it is possible to monitor the daily Booking Plan including the features Editing, Moving and Delete appointment, having the full traceability of all actions undertaken (utility event log).
MEDICAL REPORTING
This functionality allows the management of a collection of medical reports (repository) of the patient: Medical History, Clinical Diary, Specialist Medical Record (eg.: gynaecological), links to medical reports of third parties information systems (e.g.: RIS) or upload healthcare documentation. The management of consent (Privacy) for the integration to the ESF and the management of the DEMATERIALISED Prescription are other features which can be managed by the application.

On.Health/Outpatient is the Web Based application module integrated with the ERP platform On.Health for the complete management of the Outpatient Specialist activities of Public and Private Healthcare.

The Web Application allows the user to manage in a simple and intuitive way planning activities (internal outpatients agendas) and reservation, patient admittance, delivery and reporting of any outpatient healthcare service (single, profile or cycle of therapy) which can be supplied both under the National Healthcare System andĀ  under the Intramoenia professional services (ALPI), also ensuring the integration to the ESF and to the Corporate and Regional Information Systems.

The system responds to the requirements dictated by the Action Plan of the National Network of e-Government, adopting the technology of SOAP/Web Services/Protocols HL7 as standard for the application cooperation and is IHE certified.

On.Health/Cash is the Web Based application module integrated with the ERP platform On.Health for the complete management of the Invoicing and Cash activities of Public and Private Healthcare. The Web Application allows the user to manage in a simple and intuitive way the activities of cash and emission of documents (invoices, receipts, credit notes, etc.) and the activities of accounting for services and goods delivered by health care facilities both in under NHS and of under Intramoenia professional services (ALPI), ensuring the integration to the ESF and to the Corporate and Regional Information Systems.

The system responds to the requirements dictated by the Action Plan of the National Network of e-Government, adopting the technology ofSOAP/Web Services/Protocols HL7 as standard for the application cooperation and is IHE certified.

CASH PROCEDURES
The software allows the issuance and the reversal of the tax document with the indication of information such as the type of the document (invoice or receipt), patient and services and goods delivered, and the recording of the cash movement with detection of the types of payment (cash, POS, check, etc.) with management of VAT, discounts, stamp duty, deposits, etc.

EXPORT INVOICES
Invoices can be exported in electronic format for the PA with documents electronic storage as per legal requirements and it is possible to be directly integrated with the company accounting administrative system.
CASH MANAGEMENT AND CASH JOURNAL
The software controls the production of the documents and the cash flow for a single operator and for the facility and for corporate till with the summary of entries, exits and the cash balance for type of payment (cash, POS, check, etc.), cash closure with voucher and printing of the cash journal.
CREDIT RECOVERY
The application allows the management of the various types of credit recovery (supplied not paid, supplied different from amount paid, medical report not withdrawn, etc.) and identification of the cases with the subsequent procedure with reminders, management of the expenses and registration of letters/registered mail with suspension and re-activation of cases with litigation management and file closing.
ACTIVITIES MANAGEMENT
The software allows the management of summaries and statistics for the generation of management reports and dashboards (eg. : Turnover summaries for the income statement; cash summaries by specialist or by agreement).
CUP

On.Health/cup is the Web Based application module integrated with the ERP platform On.Health for the complete management of the activities of the Single Reservation Centres of Public and Private Healthcare. The Web Application allows the user to manage planning activities in a simple and intuitive way (management of CUP and CIP agendas, SOVRACUP and WAITING LISTS) and the reservation of any healthcare service (single, profile or cycle of therapy) which can be supplied by healthcare facilities both under the National Healthcare System and under the Intramoenia professional services (ALPI), also ensuring the integration to the ESF and to the Corporate and Regional Information Systems. The system responds to the requirements dictated by the Action Plan of the National Network of e-Government, adopting the technology of SOAP/Web Services/Protocols HL7 as standard for the application cooperation and is IHE certified.
